We take our mail policy very seriously. We know that problems with spam are very serious and we want to take any precaution to send only solicited mail.

Newsletter

Anyone can subscribe to our regular newsletter. It is sent once a week and contains list of newest updates. Subscription to our newsletter is protected by CAPTCHA and is confirmed opt-in (COI). Anyone subscribing has to click a link with one time password in confirmation mail sent to him to be really subscribed. Otherwise nothing is send.

Unsubscribing is easy. Subscribers could use our form (the same they used to subscribe), click the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or unsubscribe using mail (we are supporting List-Unsubscribe header). We are automatically processing reject e-mails. Subscriber is automatically removed after three (3) sequential rejections (bounces).

We are taking these precautions of responsible bulk mail sender for easy identification of our bulk mails and quick response to misuse:

• campaign headers X-Campaign-ID
• bulk identification headers Precedence: Bulk
• VERP headers (variable envelope return path) for bounce processing
• active sender policy framework (SPF) setup
• registered response addresses for abuse reports at the Network Abuse Clearinghouse
• working and responsive support at support@watch4beauty.com

We promise the following:

• we will never use third party services to send our newsletters, we will do it on our own
• we will never give or sell e-mails of our subscribers to anyone
• we will never send anything other than our newsletter (once a week) or special announcements (approximately once a quarter year)
• we will protect all e-mails gathered to not let them leak

Our registered members could use our e-card service to send e-cards to their friends. Sending is CAPTCHA protected and rate is constrained. Every sent e-card contains link to our support for eventual complaints. In case of misuse of this service, the registered member in fault could be terminated.
We are not gathering recipient addresses or sending anything there.
